These Terms & Conditions apply to the TutorPlan mobile application and related services operated by TutorApps (“TutorApps”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading, accessing, creating an account for, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. About TutorPlan
TutorPlan is an app designed to help tutors and similar professionals organize lessons, manage schedules, track student-related information, monitor payments, and track earnings.
TutorPlan is provided for personal and business organization purposes only. The app does not provide accounting, tax, legal, financial, educational, or professional advice.
2. License to Use the App
Subject to your compliance with these Terms & Conditions, TutorPlan grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose.
You may not:
- copy, reproduce, or redistribute the app or any part of it;
- modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except to the extent permitted by applicable law;
- create derivative works based on the app;
- use our name, logo, branding, or trademarks without permission;
- use the app in any unlawful manner or in violation of any third-party rights.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the app, including all intellectual property rights, remain the exclusive property of TutorPlan.
3. Accounts and Access
To use certain features, you may be required to create an account or sign in using one of the supported methods, including Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, and email and password.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information up to date.
We recommend that you do not share your login credentials with anyone and that you keep your device secure.
4. Synchronization Across Devices
TutorPlan may allow you to synchronize your data across multiple devices through cloud-based services associated with your account. In order to provide this functionality, lesson records, schedules, earnings information, notes, and related data may be stored and processed on remote servers.
While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, we do not guarantee that synchronization will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device at all times.
5. User Data and Content
You may enter or store information in the app, including but not limited to:
- student names and lesson information;
- schedules, reminders, and lesson history;
- fees, payment status, and earnings records;
- notes and other tutoring-related information.
You are solely responsible for the content and data you enter into the app, including ensuring that the data is accurate and lawful, that you have the right to enter and store such data, and that your collection and use of personal information relating to students, parents, or other individuals complies with applicable law.
TutorPlan does not verify the accuracy of the data you enter and is not responsible for any errors, omissions, missed payments, scheduling conflicts, disputes, or losses resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information.
6. No Professional Advice
TutorPlan is an organizational tool only. Any calculations, summaries, statistics, payment tracking, earnings records, or reminders displayed in the app are provided for informational purposes only.
TutorPlan does not provide accounting advice, tax advice, legal advice, financial advice, or educational certification or compliance advice.
You are solely responsible for verifying your income, lesson records, invoices, taxes, legal obligations, and business records with appropriate professionals where needed.
7. Subscriptions and Premium Features
Some features of TutorPlan may be available only through a paid subscription (“Premium”). At the time of these Terms, TutorPlan may offer the following subscription plans:
- USD 11.99 per month
- USD 115.99 per year
- EUR 9.99 per month
- EUR 99.99 per year
Prices may vary depending on your country, currency, taxes, app store region, promotional offers, or platform rules.
By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that:
- your subscription may automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period;
- billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund processes may be handled by the relevant platform or payment provider, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play;
- the exact billing terms presented to you at checkout will apply;
- you are responsible for reviewing the applicable app store or payment provider terms.
Premium access is granted as a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for the duration of your active subscription period. You may not sublicense, sell, lease, transfer, or otherwise exploit any premium entitlement.
8. Changes to the App and Pricing
We reserve the right, at any time and for any reason, to:
- modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or any part of it;
- change, add, or remove features;
- change pricing, packaging, or subscription offerings.
If we charge for paid services or features, we will make pricing clear before purchase.
9. Internet, Device, and Availability
Some features of TutorPlan require an active internet connection. The app may not function properly without Wi‑Fi, mobile data, or access to relevant services.
You are responsible for:
- any mobile or internet charges incurred while using the app;
- keeping your device charged and operational;
- maintaining access to compatible devices and software versions.
We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or compatible with every device or operating system version.
10. Third-Party Services
TutorPlan may rely on third-party services or platforms to provide certain functionality, including authentication, cloud synchronization, payment processing, and app distribution.
Your use of such third-party services may also be subject to their own terms, conditions, and privacy policies. TutorPlan is not responsible for third-party services, content, performance, or availability.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TutorPlan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to:
- your use of or inability to use the app;
- errors in lesson schedules, reminders, records, or calculations;
- loss of data or synchronization failures;
- unpaid lessons, client disputes, cancellations, or missed appointments;
- unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to secure your credentials or device;
- reliance on data, summaries, or reports generated by the app.
The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TutorPlan from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the app, your violation of these Terms & Conditions, your violation of any law or third-party right, or your handling of personal data relating to students, parents, clients, or other individuals.
13. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to TutorPlan at any time, with or without notice, if:
- you breach these Terms & Conditions;
- we believe your use presents a legal, security, or operational risk;
- we discontinue the app or service.
Upon termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms will end, and you must stop using the app.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version in the app, on the relevant store listing, or on our website. Your continued use of the app after any update becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms.
